Jr. Account Executive | Remote | U.S. Mortgage Company

Base pay of Php 19,715.00 – Php 28,600.00 + monthly performance-based incentives
We are a growing U.S.-based mortgage company looking for a Jr. Account Executive to join our team. This role is not just administrative. You will be responsible for supporting loan operations while also helping drive business growth through outbound calling, lead generation, and relationship building with broker partners.
This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are confident communicators, proactive, and comfortable speaking with people, following up consistently, and building long-term professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective and existing broker partnersPerform lead generation and outreach to grow our broker network
Build and maintain strong relationships with external broker partners
Follow up consistently with brokers to drive submissions and loan volume
Assist brokers and loan processors in collecting, reviewing, and organizing borrower documents
Coordinate with brokers, processors, and internal teams throughout the loan process
Follow up on missing documents, conditions, and outstanding requirements
Upload and manage files in the loan origination system
Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, and properly labeled
Maintain file notes, status updates, and internal records
Communicate updates between underwriting, processing, sales teams, and broker partners
Help keep loan files on track to meet turnaround timelines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field is a plus but not requiredStrong written and verbal English communication skills
Comfortable with cold calling and outbound communication
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, reliable, and results-driven
Basic knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Willingness to learn U.S. mortgage processes (training will be provided)

Willingness to work full-time during U.S. business hours (PST), equivalent to 11:30 PM to 8:30 AM Philippine time
Nice to Have

Familiarity with U.S. mortgage terms and loan process
Experience working with brokers or in relationship-based roles
