As an HVAC Technician, you will ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems within our facility, helping maintain a safe and productive work environment.
?️ Key Responsibilities:
- Install, inspect, test, and commission HVAC systems and related equipment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and implement effective repairs
- Monitor system performance, airflow, and temperature controls
- Conduct regular inspection of compressors, condensers, evaporators, and ducting systems
- Ensure proper refrigerant handling, charging, and leak detection
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and emergency repair needs
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of HVAC units and work areas
- Prepare and maintain accurate service, maintenance, and inspection reports
- Coordinate with other departments regarding maintenance schedules and system concerns
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and government regulations
- Recommend system improvements or upgrades to increase efficiency and reliability
✅ Qualifications:
- At least vocational graduate or with relevant technical training
- With experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems
- Knowledgeable in air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration
- Preferably with NC II (RAC Servicing) certification
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and can work with minimal supervision
