We are looking for a confident and goal-driven Telemarketer to join our sales team. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, promoting our IT products and services, and generating qualified leads or appointments for the sales team.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, persuasive, and has a clear speaking voice with strong communication skills. Experience in BPO outbound calling is a plus.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field

Experience in outbound calling, BPO, or telemarketing preferred
Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
Good listening skills and the ability to handle objections
Familiar with CRM tools and basic computer applications
Goal-oriented, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm

Willing to work flexible hours, including graveyard shifts if needed
