Collections Performance, Strategy & Analytics Manager
About the Role
AMG Collection Services is looking for a Collections Performance, Strategy & Analytics Manager to drive collections and recovery performance across NPL portfolios within a collection agency environment.
This role acts as the bridge between collections strategy and day-to-day operations. You will analyze collections performance, interpret recovery data, and work directly with operations teams to turn insights into practical actions that improve recoveries.
This is a hands-on, performance-focused role. It is not a reporting-only position and not a people-heavy management role. You are expected to own performance analysis, explain results clearly, and influence execution on the floor.
You are also expected to stay current with digital collections strategies, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled tools, and help identify where these can be applied in practical, measurable ways.
Key Responsibilities
Collections & Recovery Analysis- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly collections and recovery performance across NPL portfolios
- Review performance by DPD, balance size, portfolio, channel, and agent
- Identify root causes of underperformance such as broken PTPs, low kept rates, weak contact, and poor conversion
- Track recovery trends and clearly explain performance movement
- Own collections performance dashboards and reports
- Build and maintain performance views, not just consume existing reports
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and operations
- Explain what changed, why it changed, and what actions are required
- Use historical and live data to design and refine collections and recovery strategies
- Support portfolio segmentation and treatment strategies based on actual recovery behavior
- Work with operations managers to translate strategy into agent-level execution
- Stay up to date with digital collections tools, analytics platforms, and AI-enabled solutions
- Support testing, rollout, and measurement of digital or data-led initiatives
- Act as a bridge between collections strategy and operational execution
- Partner closely with collections leaders to ensure insights are applied consistently
- Support performance reviews and corrective action planning
- Improved recovery rates across portfolios and buckets
- Higher PTP kept rates and stronger payment conversion
- Faster identification and correction of performance issues
- Clear understanding of performance drivers at leadership and operations level
Requirements
Must Have- At least 5 years' experience in collections, recovery, or NPL portfolio management
- Experience working in a collection agency environment
- Strong hands-on experience analyzing collections and recovery data
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI
- Ability to translate analytics and strategy into operational action
- Experience supporting multiple portfolios or clients
- Exposure to digital collections strategies or tools
- Familiarity with analytics, automation, or AI-enabled decision tools used in collections
- Monthly salary of ₱40,000 – ₱60,000
