Fullstack Developer (ASAP)
About the role
Ascendion is seeking a talented Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge web applications for our diverse client base. This is a full-time position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, offering the opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the growth of our company.
What you'll be doing- Design, develop, and implement scalable and efficient web applications using .NET, C#, Angular, React, and TypeScript
- Build and maintain cloud-based applications and services on AWS
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services using .NET technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable deployments
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in full-stack web development
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+)
- Solid experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular and/or React, with strong TypeScript skills
- Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS)
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Strong knowledge of Git and agile development methodologies
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
