Job Responsibilities

Office Management: Organize and maintain documents, manage calendars, and handle correspondence to ensure smooth daily operations.
Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting logistics, and prepare necessary materials for meetings.
Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements for executives and team members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks such as data entry, expense reporting, and ordering office supplies.

Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other essential documents as required by management.

Qualifications/Requirements

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with staff and clients professionally.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools.
Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all tasks.
Experience: Familiarity with office procedures and equipment.

Initiative to work with less supervision.
