JOB DESCRIPTION

The Admin Assistant for General Services and Small Business Units shall perform clerical functions in support to the day-to-day documentary requirements of the department. He or she will process inquiries and request for general services within the organization in a timely manner.

Process and filing internal documents
Coordination with other departments and external agencies
Supplies and assets management
Monitoring and supervision of Gen. Services team and Small Business Units
Prepare monthly reports
Assist the General Services Head in checking the cleanliness of the entire center (interior and exterior of the mall)

QUALIFICATIONS

College graduate , preferably Accounting or Business Administration courses.
At least 1-2 years experience in similar position in same industry.
Self-starter, organized, focused and output driven.
Has time management skills and good communication skills.
Can work under pressure and can multi task.
Has good interpersonal skills
Computer literate
Knows how to operate basic office equipment
