We are currently seeking a skilled, proactive, and reliable In-House Aircon Technician to manage and maintain our centralized and decentralized cooling systems.

As a vital member of our Facilities and Maintenance Team, you will ensure that our environments remain perfectly climate-controlled. If you are a hands-on problem solver with a deep understanding of HVAC systems and a commitment to operational excellence, we want you with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preventive Maintenance: Execute routine check-ups, cleaning, and servicing of various air conditioning units (split-type, window-type, cassette, and centralized HVAC systems) across assigned company properties and retail outlets.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults, identifying system leaks, recharging refrigerants, and replacing defective components promptly to minimize operational downtime.
• Installation: Setting up and installing new cooling systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer specifications.
• Efficiency Optimization: Monitoring system performance to maximize energy efficiency and prolong the lifespan of the company’s cooling assets.
• Inventory & Reporting: Maintaining accurate logs of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts replacement. Managing the inventory of tools and cooling consumables responsibly.
• Emergency Response: Attending to urgent cooling breakdowns and localized temperature issues with a high sense of urgency.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma, or Short Course Certificate in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technology (RAC).
• NC II Certification in RAC (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning) from TESDA is highly preferred.
• Proven experience as an AC Technician, preferably handling both commercial and residential/retail units.
• Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, piping, controls, and HVAC safety protocols.
• Ability to work flexibly, including occasional weekends or after-hours retail emergencies.
• Proactive attitude, high integrity, and a strong sense of accountability.
