Position: SENIOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER- Supervise and control architectural and building construction works to ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, safety regulations, and schedule requirements.
- Prepare, update, and monitor master, monthly, and weekly construction schedules to track overall work progress.
- Review and coordinate design drawings, shop drawings, BOQ quantities, and work volumes with the Planning and QS teams.
- Monitor manpower allocation, productivity, and site performance to ensure efficient project execution.
- Coordinate material requirements and procurement schedules with the Procurement Team to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, MEP contractors, consultants, and client representatives to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare method statements, conduct site inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- Minimum of 15 years of construction experience, including 10 years in a managerial role handling building construction projects.
- Knowledge of Philippine construction standards and Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS).
- Experience working with a Japanese construction company is an advantage.
- Licensed Architect Engineer is preferred.
