Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across warehouse, logistics, purchasing and inventory control. The role ensures smooth operations, efficiency and cost control in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description:
- Oversee warehouse, logistics and delivery operations
- Coordinate operations, purchasing and inventory control
- Ensure smooth workflow and on-time distribution
- Monitor performance and prepare operational reports
- Implement process and cost-efficiency improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams for operational needs
- Lead teams to ensure productivity and accountability
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Resolve operational issues and implement practical solutions
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field
- Experience in construction materials, logistics, distribution or similar operations
- Strong exposure to warehouse, logistics, inventory and purchasing coordination
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools
- Familiarity with labor regulations and workplace safety standards is an advantage
- Willing to do field work, handle multiple sites, report to the Manila office, and available to start as soon as possible
