Our client is a trusted name in the motorcycle lifestyle industry, offering quality riding gear, helmets, motorcycle accessories, and related products to enthusiasts nationwide. As the business continues to strengthen its digital presence and online sales performance, they are seeking a creative and analytical digital marketer who can effectively manage and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns using the latest Meta Ads platform updates, including the 2026 Andromeda update.

Responsibilities
Facebook Ads Management- Create, launch, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
- Manage Meta Ads campaigns using the latest platform updates and strategies, including Andromeda 2026 features.
- Monitor campaign performance including ROAS, CTR, CPC, leads, and conversions.
- Execute audience targeting, retargeting, and campaign scaling strategies.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for ad creatives, promotions, and campaign materials.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad copies, creatives, and targeting.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Recommend strategies to improve lead generation, engagement, and sales conversions.
- Stay updated with Meta advertising trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Experience- At least 6 mos.–1 year of experience in Facebook Ads or Meta Ads campaign management.
- Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager.
- Experience handling e-commerce, retail, or consumer brands is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Meta Andromeda Update 2026 is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge in audience targeting, pixel tracking, retargeting, and campaign optimization.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Motorcycle rider or enthusiast is a plus.
- Willing to work onsite in Malolos, Bulacan.
