Product Technician/Plumber
About the role
Moderno Smart Home Depot, OPC' is seeking an experienced Product Technician/Plumber to join our team in Binan City Laguna. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for the assembly, installation and maintenance of our innovative smart home products and plumbing systems.
What you'll be doing- Assemble and install a variety of smart home devices and appliances according to manufacturer specifications
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with smart home products and plumbing systems
- Provide excellent customer service by guiding customers through the installation and use of our products
- Maintain detailed records of all work completed and parts used
- Collaborate with the engineering team to identify opportunities for product improvements
- Ensure the work area is clean, organised and compliant with health and safety regulations
- 2-3 years of experience as a product technician, plumber or in a similar role
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to read and follow detailed instructions
- Proficient in the use of hand and power tools as well as basic plumbing equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Customer service oriented with great communication skills
- Willingness to learn new technologies and techniques
- Valid driver's license and own transportation
