We’re on the hunt for a Senior Global Sourcing Coordinator on a 6-month contract who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and knows how to keep multiple projects moving across teams and suppliers.
WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?- Own and drive retail sourcing projects from start to finish
- Work directly with overseas suppliers to get quotes, timelines, and samples moving
- Build accurate landed costs including freight, duties, and tariffs
- Provide timely quotes and updates to the Sales team
- Keep projects on track, on budget, and on schedule
- Manage daily coordination between Sales, suppliers, and logistics
- Maintain trackers, documentation, and reports
- Strong project management skills. You know how to juggle priorities
- Experience working with suppliers and sourcing or production workflows
- Confidence in calculating landed costs and managing budgets
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive communicator
- Comfortable working under pressure with shifting priorities
- A problem-solver who takes ownership
