We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Analyst Manager to join our dynamic team at Transpeed Communications. In this full-time, office-based role in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customer service operations.Your expertise in handling escalated customer issues will be essential in ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences to our valued clients.
What you'll be doing- Facilitate Continuous Learning Programs
- Ensure Up to-Date Client/Account Specific Process
- Assist on New Hire Training
- Act as POC in case of Escalations
- Supervise and support healthcare account teams
- Ensure performance metrics and service standards are met
- Conduct coaching and training sessions
- Collaborate with management to optimize team productivity
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or customer service escalations role, ideally within a call center or customer service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to identify and address root causes of issues
- Proficiency in report writing and data analysis, with the ability to interpret and present key insights
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and provide effective coaching and mentoring to others
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Customer Service, or a related field would be an advantage
- Amenable to Start ASAP
