Inventory Controls Officer - Quezon City

We are looking for a highly organized Inventory Control Officer to manage and oversee our inventory operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing losses, and supporting the efficiency of our supply chain and warehousing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate stock movements
• Maintain proper documentation of incoming and outgoing inventory
• Implement inventory control procedures and best practices
• Generate inventory reports for management decision-making
• Support compliance with company policies and safety standards

Qualifications:

• Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
• CPA or CIA certification is a plus but not required
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in inventory or warehouse management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in inventory software systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other WMS)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work onsite and render overtime if needed
