Management Trainee – Supply Chain

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock management.
• Support procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations.
• Prepare and maintain supply chain reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product movement.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Management Trainee – Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily operational activities.
• Monitor operational processes and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with different departments to support business operations.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Management Trainee – Accounting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general accounting activities.
• Prepare financial reports and accounting schedules.
• Reconcile financial records and maintain documentation.
• Ensure accuracy of accounting data and compliance with company policies.
• Support month-end and year-end accounting activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or any related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
