• Provide live piano music to enhance the dining atmosphere and overall guest experience

• Maintain and care for the restaurant’s piano or keyboard equipment
• Coordinate with management regarding special requests, seasonal themes, or guest dedications
• Adapt playlist and tempo to match the mood, volume, and flow of the restaurant
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the Smith & Wollensky brand image
• Take guest requests when appropriate, and perform them if within repertoire
• Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless dining ambiance
• Participate in promotional events or private functions as scheduled by management
• Arrive punctually and follow set break times and performance schedules

Qualifications/Requirements

• Proven experience as a pianist, preferably in fine dining or luxury hospitality settings
• Strong repertoire in classical, jazz, and contemporary music suitable for upscale dining ambiance
• Ability to read sheet music and play by ear as needed
• Excellent timing, rhythm, and musicality
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Willingness to perform during evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to engage subtly with guests without disrupting the dining experience
• Background in music education or formal training (preferred but not required)
• Filipino citizen or legally allowed to work in the Philippines
