Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the development and execution of Colkin branding, marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Managing all aspects of Colkin's online presence.
• Supervising the team’s collaboration to create marketing and sales messages.
• Managing a team of marketing professionals and will work closely with other departments to achieve business objectives.
• Supervise the creation of engaging and relevant content for marketing channels, including websites, social media, email newsletters, and advertisements.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Ensure that our company is up to date on industry trends and best practices to ensure that the marketing efforts remains competitive.

Work Conditions:

• Office schedule from Monday to Saturday
• Full-time position
• Office-based
• Some travel may be required for marketing events, conferences, or client meetings.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder, any marketing, communications, advertising or business-related course.
• With a minimum of three (3) years experience in the field of social media marketing and branding.
• With at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team leader position.
• Must have extensive knowledge with SEO, content writing, website management/ design, and email marketing.
• Should have handled a team of marketing professionals in the past.
