Job Overview
Responsible for managing the entire manufacturing plant operations, ensuring smooth coordination of daily activities, optimal resource utilization, and achievement of production and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee Production, QA, and Maintenance to meet performance standards
- Plan and allocate resources based on production schedules
- Ensure compliance with standard processes, GMP, sanitation, and hygiene
- Monitor production output, material usage, and minimize wastage
- Ensure availability and maintenance of machines and equipment
- Review production reports and drive process improvements
- Ensure product quality meets R&D and regulatory standards (FDA, etc.)
- Lead hiring, training, and development of plant personnel
- Degree in Food Technology, Engineering, Nutrition, or related science course
- At least 2 years experience as Manager in Food Manufacturing (Production, QA, Maintenance)
- Strong knowledge in cGMP, ISO QMS, Food Safety, HACCP, HALAL
- Expertise in manufacturing processes, QA, safety compliance, and regulatory standards
- Skilled in production planning, inventory control, and workflow management
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
