Regulatory Affairs Associate

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents (product registration, licenses, permits)
- Assist in product registration with government agencies
- Maintain and update product regulatory files and databases
- Monitor changes in regulations and update internal teams
- Coordinate with R&D, Quality Assurance, and Marketing teams
- Ensure product labeling and packaging comply with regulations
- Support audits and inspections from regulatory bodies
- Communicate with regulatory agencies for approvals and clarifications
- Track submission timelines and approval status
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy)
- Registered Pharmacist (RPh) – PRC licensed (required)
- Strong knowledge of:
- Philippine FDA regulations (or relevant regulatory authority)
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- GxP guidelines (Good Distribution Practice, Good Documentation Practice)
