Network Administrator - Based in Thailand

Overview: Anglo Singapore International School is looking for a reliable and technically competent Network Administrator & IT Asset Officer. This role supports network operations, manages IT and CCTV equipment, and provides daily ICT support to staff and students.

Responsibilities:

• Configure, monitor, and maintain network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Monitor network performance and implement security measures
• Perform scheduled backups of network devices and servers
• Maintain and track IT and CCTV equipment and inventory
• Liaise with vendors for servicing, repairs, and procurement
• Provide on-site classroom and staff IT support
• Install and maintain ICT equipment (PCs, laptops, projectors, printers, interactive boards, etc.)
• Manage CCTV equipment, footage storage, and footage requests
• Assist with IT administration tasks (GSuite, email accounts, attendance logs)
• Ensure PDPA-compliant handling of data and user information

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in network administration, IT support, CCTV systems, or related roles
• Experience in network administration, IT support, or CCTV systems is an advantage
• Strong troubleshooting and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Good communication and customer service skills

• This position is ONSITE and based in Thailand.
• This is NOT a remote or online position.
• All interviews will be conducted online.
