As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist customers with inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth and positive support experience. You will be part of a team that values efficiency, professionalism, and quality service.
This is a temporary Work-From-Home (WFH) opportunity, depending on operational needs and performance.

What We’re Looking For:
- At least 6 months of BPO experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Good customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and digital tools
- Willing to work on shifting schedules and onsite/WFH setup as required
