Essential Requirements:
- At least 5–6 years of hands-on video editing experience
- Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro and strong video editing techniques.
- Willing to undergo a timed Zoom assessment. If shortlisted, your assessment will be paid
- Can handle stress, pressure, and time crunch
- Ability to work with the Zoom camera open during shift

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 5- 6 years of experience in video editing and will play a key role in producing high-quality content for our YouTube channel.This position requires proficiency in Adobe Premiere, an in-depth understanding of efficient rendering workflows, and the ability to optimise export settings for seamless video production.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit long-form YouTube content with a focus on storytelling, visual appeal, and technical precision.
Manage and optimize video rendering workflows, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and timely exports.
Configure export settings across platforms to maintain consistency and quality standards.
Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines while upholding a high standard of work.
Troubleshoot and resolve editing/rendering issues, while providing mentorship to junior editors.
Key skills and Qualities:
- Proficient in video rendering workflows, export settings, and file formats/codecs.
- Strong storytelling ability with expertise in long-form content for YouTube and digital platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
- Flexible to work in the Sydney, AU time zone, with availability for overtime.
- Willingness to undergo and pass background check as a condition of employment (a consent form will be provided to shortlisted candidates)
- Willingness to provide an NBI clearance
