• Process and fulfill parcel orders, ensuring timely dispatch from the office.
• Manage returned parcels, conduct thorough quality checks, and update return status in the online system.
• Accurately update and maintain return records in Excel or relevant tracking software.
• Organize and store returned parcels in the storage area following quality assessment.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sample stock, ensuring inventory accuracy and availability.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency in order processing, returns handling, and inventory control.
