Sales executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and lead generation
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
• Negotiate contracts and close deals
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
