IT Engineer (hybrid work setup) - Makati

Mosed Corporation is looking for an IT ENGINEER who will be responsible for the administration, configuration, and security of multiple SaaS applications (such as Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, and others) of its client, MyAssets. The ideal candidate will be an expert on macOS, iOS, and have experience with SaaS applications.

• Administer, configure, and secure multiple SaaS applications, including Google Workspace, Atlassian Suite, Hubspot and others
• Knowledgeable in MDM for Apple devices while using federated Identity Management to Google Workspace
• Manage mobile device management software for Apple Devices
• Manage endpoint security solutions for Apple Devices
• remotely working with teams around the world
• Secure on- and off-boarding of staff globally
• Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with Cyber Security policies
• Provide regular reports to line managers
• Documentation of technical knowledge base for corporate IT issues
• Ensure the security of all SaaS applications and endpoint devices
• Monitor the performance of SaaS applications and endpoint devices
• Troubleshoot and resolve SaaS application and endpoint device issues
• Provide technical support to users of SaaS applications and endpoint devices
• Stay up-to-date on the latest SaaS application and endpoint security trends and best practices

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS application administration and security
• 2+ years of experience in mobile device management
• 2+ Expert knowledge of macOS and iOS and Apple Business Manager
• Experience with Google Workspace , Atlassian Suite, Hubspot
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure with occasional need for On-Call support
