  • Addresses customer inquiries related to products, services, or account status
  • Maintains a professional and friendly tone in all written communication
  • Ensures customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution
  • Escalates complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Accurately documents customer interactions and maintain detailed records

Qualifications/Requirements

Education: Candidates must have completed at least 2 years of college with no back subjects.

Experience: Open to fresh graduates; no prior experience is required.
