Customer Service Representative - Non Voice- Handles customer inquiries through non-voice channels such as email and live chat
- Addresses customer inquiries related to products, services, or account status
- Maintains a professional and friendly tone in all written communication
- Ensures customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively, aiming for first-contact resolution
- Escalates complex or unresolved concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
- Accurately documents customer interactions and maintain detailed records
Qualifications/Requirements
Education: Candidates must have completed at least 2 years of college with no back subjects.Experience: Open to fresh graduates; no prior experience is required.
