o Banking – Branch Manager, Relationship Manager, Sales Manager, Credit Card Team Lead
o Real Estate – Sales Manager, Broker
o FMCG/Pharma – Area Manager, Product Manager, Division Manager

30-55 years old
College/University Graduate
Experience in managing medium to large teams (at least 10+ span of control)
