Warehouse Supervisor (Inbound/Outbound) - Bacolod
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of inventory, and supervising a team of warehouse associates. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining an organized, safe, and productive warehouse environment.
JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES FREQUENCY
Supervises the day-to-day warehousing activities such as inbound and outbound operations of the Distribution Hub.
Schedule and assign tasks to warehouse staff, ensuring workloads are balanced.
Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
Conduct regular cycle counts and annual physical inventory audits.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.
Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures and workflows to optimize productivity.
Monitor and enforce safety protocols and compliance with company policies.
Ensure equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working condition.
Implement quality control measures to ensure the accuracy and condition of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Address quality issues promptly and work on continuous improvement.
Coordinate the picking and dispatching of customer orders (SO/STO), meeting the required delivery dates.A. Education

Minimum of 2-3 years actual work experience in warehousing operation.C. Skills
Must be proficient in SAP. Computer literate in MS Office Computer literate in MS Office.D. Character
