Financial Analyst with Oracle Background - Manila

Job Purpose:

To provide financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting support using Oracle ERP systems, helping drive informed business decisions and ensure accurate financial performance monitoring.

Work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to support financial planning initiatives and resolve Oracle-related issues.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in a company using Oracle ERP
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials / Oracle Cloud ERP / EBS
• Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and Oracle reporting tools (e.g., Smart View, BI Publisher)
• Experience with financial close processes and general accounting principles
• CPA or equivalent is a plus
