Role: Property Management AssistantWork Arrangement: Work from Home
Location: Any PH CS Branch - Pampanga, Ortigas, Makati, Cebu, Davao, Bacolod
Schedule: Morning Shift
Job Description:
- Serve as a key point of contact for tenant inquiries, coordinating lease agreements, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes.
- Provide administrative support to property managers, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Manage property management software and databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Schedule and coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
- Assist with rent collection, invoicing, and accounts receivable processes.
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of property maintenance and repairs.
Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in property management or real estate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Associate's degree in a relevant field.
