SAP HANA (Finance) Consultant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SAP HANA (Finance) Consultant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be in charge of executing BST and UAT testing cycles for transactional data replication in SAP HANA, performing data validation and reconciliation between source ERP systems and SAP HANA, and such.
Key Responsibilities- Execute BST and UAT testing cycles for transactional data replication in SAP HANA.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation between source ERP systems and SAP HANA.
- Log, track, and manage defects in JIRA throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Investigate replication errors and identify root causes.
- Analyze data mapping, GL account structures, and derivation rules impacting replication.
- Good understanding of critical derivation rules between Source and DFIN that has impact to replication process/external reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and project workstreams to resolve issues.
- Support data conversion, initial data loads, and validation activities prior to go-live/hyper care period.
- Maintain clear and structured testing documentation.
- 3–5+ years of experience in SAP HANA environment. Experience in system implementation or transformation projects is highly desirable.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP HANA (CFIN / Central Finance).
- Experience in data replication testing and financial data validation.
- Strong knowledge of ERP data flows and system integration.
- Experience using JIRA for defect tracking, as well as BST and UAT testing cycles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams
- Experience with Central Finance (CFIN) implementations, and in Agile project environments
- Exposure to data migration and go-live support
