Technical Sales Manager – Glass, Aluminum & Façade Systems

Location: Manila / Cebu (Construction Industry)

We are urgently seeking a Technical Sales Manager to spearhead our sales strategies, business development, and client partnerships. This is a high-impact role for a professional who can blend technical expertise with strategic selling to deliver outstanding results.

Core Functions
  • Business Development & Client Acquisition – Identify, target, and secure new clients (developers, architects, contractors, and consultants) for façade, glass, and aluminum solutions.
  • Technical Sales Expertise – Provide consultative selling, technical presentations, and solution-based proposals tailored to client project requirements.
  • Project Sales Management – Handle the full sales cycle from lead generation to project bidding, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis – Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to stay ahead in the construction industry.
  • Relationship Building – Develop and sustain strong partnerships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Team Collaboration – Work closely with project managers, engineers, and operations teams to ensure sales commitments align with project execution.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) & KPIs
  1. Sales Targets – Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas in line with company growth plans.
  2. Client Acquisition – Secure a minimum number of new accounts per quarter from contractors, developers, and architectural firms.
  3. Proposal Conversion Rate – Maintain at least 30–40% conversion from proposals/bids to closed deals.
  4. Revenue Growth – Deliver consistent growth of 10–15% year-on-year from façade and aluminum product lines.
  5. Client Retention & Satisfaction – Maintain 90%+ satisfaction rating with repeat clients and key accounts.

  • Strong sales and business development experience in construction, glass, aluminum, or façade systems.
  • Proven expertise in project-based selling and working with developers, architects, and contractors.
  • Solid understanding of technical drawings, specifications, and BOQ/estimation.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • High-level strategic thinking with the ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales/project management systems.
