Office Staff - Accounting

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Staff – Accounting to support the daily accounting and administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate should have strong numerical skills, the ability to maintain accurate financial records, and a willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Prepare, process, and maintain accounting documents and records.
  • Assist in handling accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
  • Record daily financial transactions and update accounting databases or spreadsheets.
  • Prepare vouchers, invoices, official receipts, and other accounting-related documents.
  • Assist in payroll preparation and monitoring of employee benefits contributions.
  • Reconcile bank statements and petty cash records.
  • Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of financial documents.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding billing and payment concerns.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in accounting or administrative work is an advantage but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
