Area Assistant Manager (Gasoline Stations)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Assistant Manager to lead our area retail team (gasoline stations) and drive sales performance at our group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, customer service, and sales management, with the ability to inspire a team to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth.
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing coaching and support to achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to develop team skills and knowledge.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing personalized service and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Promote a customer-first mentality throughout the store and ensure a welcoming shopping experience.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring a positive resolution.

Sales Reporting & Analysis:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, assess performance, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for senior management, highlighting performance metrics, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Use data-driven insights to adjust sales strategies and improve store performance.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Experience:

  • Preferably with 3 years of retail sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role handling multiple stores/stations.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing a high-performing team.
  • Strong experience in inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.
  • Previous experience managing gasoline stations is an advantage
