Job Description

Position to be filled: MANDARIN SPEAKING CUSTOMER CARE SPECIALIST

• Answer customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team to ensure rapid support.
• Proactively take steps to enhance the customer experience.
• Share relevant customer feedback to help us improve our offerings.
• Evaluate our customer support processes, devise improvements, measure results, and iterate.
• Provide information: Share details about products, services, specifications, and features

Qualifications/Requirements

• Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to clearly explain issues and solutions to customers.
• Active listening: The ability to fully understand customer concerns and respond appropriately.
• Problem-solving skills: Identifying issues quickly, analyzing information, and providing effective solutions.
• Patience: Maintaining composure when dealing with frustrated or demanding customers.
• Adaptability: Ability to adjust to different customer personalities and situations.
• Computer literate, Can speak and write fluently in Chinese (Mandarin)
