JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. 1 Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks on building exteriors, facades, and windows using appropriate tools and equipment.
2. 2 Use appropriate cleaning agents, solutions, and tools to effectively remove dirt, stains, grime, and pollutants from different types of facade materials provided by FMD.
3. 3 Safely operate lifts, scaffolds, and other access equipment to reach high or hard-to-reach areas for cleaning purposes.

1. 1 Adhere to all safety guidelines, protocols, and regulations while working at heights or using equipment.
2. 2 Properly inspect and maintain equipment to ensure they are in good working condition, reporting any issues to supervisors.
3. 3 Utilize personal protective equipment (PPE) including harnesses, helmets, gloves, and safety shoes to prevent accidents and injury.
4. 4 Inspect and maintain equipment regularly, reporting any malfunctions or issues promptly.

1. 1 Monitoring and recording of equipment and inventory on a weekly basis.
2. 2 Report any malfunction or maintenance requirements to supervisors.

1. 1 Communicate with team members, supervisors, and building occupants to coordinate tasks and safety measures.

1. 2 Cleaning Log: Maintain a detailed log for each cleaning session. Include the date, time, location, specific areas cleaned, cleaning methods used, cleaning solutions applied, and any issues encountered. This log provides a chronological record of cleaning activities.
2. 3 Maintenance Records: Keep records of routine maintenance tasks performed during facade cleaning. This could include caulking repairs, minor structural fixes, and replacement of damaged components. Note the date, nature of the maintenance, and any materials used.
3. 4 Safety Inspections: Document safety inspections before and after each cleaning session. Note the condition of safety harnesses, ropes, anchor points, and other safety equipment. Any issues or concerns should be reported and addressed promptly.
4. 5 Before and After Photos: Take before and after photos of the areas being cleaned. These visual records demonstrate the impact of cleaning efforts and can be useful for client communication, internal assessments, and future reference.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent education.
2. License/Certification Requirement (if any): Working at Height Certificate
3. Years of Work Experience (Relevant to the Area of Professional Expertise):

• Previous experience in building facade cleaning or related field is preferred
• Physical fitness and comfort working at heights.
• Understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow instructions.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment, tools, and chemicals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing work environments.
