About the role
As a Sales Executive (School Director) at AMA Computer College Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our institution. This full-time position is based in Cagayan De Oro, and will involve managing and expanding our client relationships within the local community.
What you'll be doing- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and the broader community
- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the education industry
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create and execute targeted campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Providing excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive experience for all students
- Representing the college at local events and conferences
- Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, preferably within the education or service industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful sales and marketing strategies
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask
