Strategic Accounts Specialist (Nursing)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Submits Weekly Project Sales Probability Reports to NSD.
• Submits Monthly coverage plan with hospital list for Sales Funnels.
• Generates new leads by building networks proactively hunts for sales target.
• Field work with NSD at least once a week.
• Conduct product Demo presentations to Hospital (KOL) and ensure knowledge is transferred in an impactful manner leading to changes in behavior and product usage.
• Monitors competitive activity in the field and develop strategies and tactics to deal effectively.
• Presents Sales Performance Quarterly during Business Review with NSD & NSM.
• Ensure technical competency on all VTC Product lines and support all cases independently on designated territory. Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained.
• Achieve the business goals including revenue, inventory review, sales forecasting, and business growth for all VTC product portfolio.
• Complete surveys which provide assessment of customer satisfaction of Key markets and accounts.
• Working with Field Service Engineer Team members, Warehouse Team members, Sales & Marketing coordinator and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met.
• Submits monthly ER report for Revolving Fund replenishment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Radiologic Technology, or any related course
• At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in medical devices or healthcare industry
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willing to do field work and manage multiple accounts
