Recruiter – BPO / Call Center Hiring (Work From Home)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with strong sourcing experience in BPO and Call Center hiring. The ideal candidate should have experience handling volume hiring, sourcing candidates through different job portals and social media platforms, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.

This is a work-from-home role requiring strong communication and recruitment coordination skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO and Call Center roles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Facebook, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
  • Maintain candidate trackers and recruitment reports.
  • Follow up with candidates on interview schedules, feedback, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and hiring managers on open requirements.
  • Manage bulk and volume hiring requirements within timelines.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of recruitment experience in BPO / Call Center hiring.
  • Strong sourcing experience for voice and non-voice roles.
  • Experience in volume hiring is preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with recruitment portals and ATS systems.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
  • Must have own laptop and stable internet connection.
Work Setup

  • Monday to Friday
