Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative will focus on converting leads into confirmed bookings while ensuring accurate documentation and a smooth customer experience.

• Respond to customer inquiries through online channels (chat, social media, calls).
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services and solutions.
• Prepare quotations and close sales or service bookings.
• Clearly explain services, pricing, and inclusions to customers.
• Ensure accurate encoding of customer details, service requests, and transactions.
• Maintain organized records of bookings and customer interactions.
• Handle customer concerns and provide timely and professional responses.
• Support daily sales and administrative tasks related to bookings.

• At least Senior High School graduate (college level is a plus).
• Experience in sales, customer service, or online handling is an advantage.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Comfortable using messaging platforms and basic computer applications.
