Property Custodian (Warehouse Keeper)

Saint Benilde International School (Calamba), Inc. is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Custodian to oversee the safekeeping, monitoring, and control of school properties, equipment, and supplies.

• Graduate of any four (4)-year course.
• With at least one (1) to two (2) years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or property custodianship.
• Knowledgeable in inventory management and warehouse-keeping procedures.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and record-management skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
• Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates integrity, accountability, and a high sense of responsibility.
• Physically capable of handling, moving, and inspecting school equipment and supplies.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with different departments.

• Maintain an accurate inventory of all school properties, equipment, furniture, and supplies.
• Monitor the receipt, issuance, transfer, and disposal of school assets in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular physical inventory and property inspections and reconcile inventory records.
• Prepare and maintain inventory reports, property records, and supporting documentation.
• Safeguard school assets and ensure proper storage, handling, and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
• Coordinate with various departments regarding property requests, transfers, and inventory concerns.
• Monitor stock levels and recommend procurement or replenishment of supplies when necessary.
• Assist in asset tagging, labeling, and property identification activities.
• Report lost, damaged, or obsolete items and recommend appropriate actions.
• Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures related to property and inventory management.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management from time to time.
