Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of 40-50 employees in the production department.
• Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day production operations.
• Monitor production schedules and resources to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Analyze production performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
• Enforce quality control procedures and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members for their professional development.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide effective solutions to minimize downtime.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a Manufacturing or Factory setting.
• Strong knowledge in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling production activities to improve performance.
• Proven experience in managing and supervising teams of 40-50 employees.
• Willingness to work 6 days a week.
• Must be residing in Angeles City or nearby areas.
