SERVER (CLUB HYPE)

Job Summary:

The Server is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests in a club setting. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the service area.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Serve drinks and dishes according to club standards and presentation guidelines.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist bartenders and other staff during busy hours as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, serving stations, and club areas.
• Process payments accurately (cash or POS) and issue receipts.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures.
• Work as part of a team to create a fun and energetic environment for guests.

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate or College Level.
• With previous experience as a server or waiter/waitress in a bar, club, or restaurant is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Must be energetic, attentive, and presentable.
• Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Work Schedule:

Night shift / Club operating hours
