WFH B2B Instagram Outreach Assistant

Job Overview:

Instead, it is centered on prospect engagement, list management, and supporting business development efforts through direct outreach. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys process-driven work and measurable results.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, flexible between 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Follow targeted prospect business accounts on Instagram based on provided prospect lists.
• Send personalized direct messages (DMs) to business profiles using approved messaging templates.
• Execute daily outreach activities designed to increase visibility and generate interest among potential wholesale customers.
• Drive traffic from Instagram outreach efforts to the designated wholesale platform.
• Review and cross-reference business names from provided prospect databases and targeting lists.
• Maintain consistent outreach volumes while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Monitor incoming responses and identify interested prospects for escalation to the sales team.
• Track outreach activities, engagement metrics, and prospect responses.
• Maintain organized records of completed outreach and follow-up opportunities.
• Provide regular progress updates regarding engagement rates and prospect interest levels.
• Adhere to established outreach workflows, communication standards, and productivity expectations.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Business Development to support lead generation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Social Media Assistant, Virtual Assistant, Lead Generation Assistant, Outreach Specialist, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency navigating Instagram and utilizing direct messaging features.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to accurately follow prospect lists and messaging instructions.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently while maintaining quality standards.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable meeting daily outreach targets and activity goals.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection.
• Dedicated and quiet home office workspace.

Qualifications:

• Experience with social media outreach, prospecting, or lead generation campaigns.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or prospect tracking tools.
• Experience supporting sales, marketing, or business development teams.
• Understanding of B2B customer engagement processes.
• Experience working with U.S.-based teams and business hours.
