Head Veterinarian
Location: Angeles & San Fernando, Pampanga
Serbisyo Beterinaryo Animal Hospital is seeking a qualified and experienced Head Veterinarian to oversee operations at our Angeles and San Fernando branches in Pampanga. This leadership role requires strong clinical expertise, team management capabilities, and a commitment to high standards of veterinary care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise veterinary teams across two branches
- Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards
- Oversee case management and provide advanced veterinary care
- Mentor junior veterinarians and support staff
- Coordinate with management on hospital operations and service improvements
Qualifications:
- Licensed Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to pursue continuing education or specialization
- Experience in multi-branch operations is an advantage
