QC Line Inspector
QUALITY CONTROL LINE INSPECTOR - CHEESE LINE
A QC Line Inspector's key function is to monitor and inspect all materials for production used (Raw Materials, Packaging Materials, CIP Chemicals), Work In-Process and Finished Goods. He or she shall regularly report to the QA Supervisor. The QC Inspector shall ensure that Food Safety, GMP, HALAL Assurance, and SSOP are implemented in the line
Duties and Responsibilities:
- He or she shall work closely with and under the supervision of QA Supervisor
- cGMP through area sanitation and personnel hygiene inspection
- Room condition monitoring, i.e. % RH and Temperature checking
- Generates line reports and submits to QA Supervisor on time
- Handles line deviations and promptly reports to QA Supervisor and PD Supervisor
- Actively participates in audits involving this section
- Ensures that QC tools are properly working and calibrated: can seam micrometer, vernier caliper, etc.
- Actively participates in audits that involve QA Department
- Execute task(s) on top of routine as assigned by the QA Supervisor and/or QA Manager
- Reliability and accuracy of the data recorded/submitted
- Real-time reporting of noted deviation in the line
- Attitude towards work in accordance with LTH and GMP policy.
- Fresh graduate from a reputable university or college, or;
- Preferably with at least 6 months food manufacturing particularly in canning industry or low acid food
- BS Chemistry, BS Chem. Eng, BS Food Tech, BS Bio major in Micro or any Food Science-allied courses
