Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

Manage a team of cloud engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Collaborate with senior management to align cloud projects with business objectives.
Participate in the design and implementation of cloud solutions.
Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering their development.
Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
Ensure the efficient and secure operation of cloud services.
Communicate project status and address concerns with stakeholders.
Encourage the use of automation and DevOps practices in cloud engineering.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role years of experience in software engineering and cloud engineering
Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
Prior experience in leading engineering teams and/or projects
Proficiency in cloud technologies and best practices
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Other Qualifications:

Advanced degree in a related field a plus
Relevant cloud certifications and experience with cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure) a plus
