KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guest Experience & Service Excellence
- Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service across all F&B outlets
- Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements based on feedback
- Establish and enforce service standards aligned with company objectives
- Train staff to deliver high-quality, value-added service
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop F&B staff to maximize performance
- Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and training programs
- Foster a positive and productive work environment
- Set performance standards and conduct regular evaluations
- Operations & Administration
- Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring efficiency and quality
- Review reports, logbooks, and operational data for decision-making
- Conduct regular inspections of all F&B areas
- Participate in management meetings and coordinate with other departments
- Financial Management
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts
- Monitor revenues, expenses, and profitability
- Implement cost-control measures and inventory management
- Review purchasing processes and ensure compliance with standards
- Marketing & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute promotions, menu strategies, and marketing plans
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Drive sales initiatives to increase revenue and market share
- Ensure effective menu engineering and pricing strategies
- Quality Control
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and service
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for F&B offerings
- Supplier & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Ensure quality and cost-effectiveness of products and services
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
- Staffing & Performance Management
- Manage staffing levels to optimize productivity and costs
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide ongoing feedback
- Implement training and development programs
- Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies
- Handle guest concerns related to food safety and hygiene
- Public Relations & Branding
- Support marketing initiatives and press engagements
- Represent the F&B division in events and promotional activities
- Maintain a strong brand image for the establishment
