KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Guest Experience & Service Excellence
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional guest service across all F&B outlets

  • Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and service
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu development

  1. Supplier & Stakeholder Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts
  • Ensure quality and cost-effectiveness of products and services
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners
  1. Staffing & Performance Management
  • Manage staffing levels to optimize productivity and costs
  • Conduct performance appraisals and provide ongoing feedback
  • Implement training and development programs
  1. Hygiene, Safety & Compliance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations
  • Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments
  • Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies
  • Handle guest concerns related to food safety and hygiene
  1. Public Relations & Branding
  • Support marketing initiatives and press engagements
  • Represent the F&B division in events and promotional activities
  • Maintain a strong brand image for the establishment
