Mandarin Interpreter

• Deliver high-quality consecutive interpretation via phone or video calls across
• healthcare, legal, and corporate scenarios
• Ensure accurate and culturally-sensitive message delivery
• Adhere to client-specific standards, including HIPAA and confidentiality
• Maintain committed availability windows (e.g., 4-hour blocks within 8 AM–5 PM)
• Availability affects performance scoring (IPS - Interpreter Performance Standards)

• No prior interpretation experience required for bilinguals (training available)
• English: B1 minimum, C1 preferred
• Target Language (Mandarin/Cantonese): Native speaker or C1 proficiency
• Must provide proof of proficiency and pass pre-hiring language testing
